PT. Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) together invites Partners to take part in the Public Auction process with Prequalification for the procurement of PT PII's Laptop & Microsoft 365. Qualifications of potential participants:

1. Company Qualifications: Large

2. Line of business: stationery / office supplies / computers / electrical

3. Sub-line of business: stationery / office supplies / computers / electrical

4. Is an Authorized Agent / Distributor of the goods, as evidenced by an official agency / distributor letter

5. Has a large trading business license (SIUP) engaged in computers, computer equipment and software in accordance with this procurement issued by a controlled government agency and still exists.

6. Delivering a Letter of Interest

7. Submit the Qualification Form

8. Registered in the PT PII (Persero) e-Procurement System which can be accessed through the following URL:

9. Submitting Administrative Documents by:

• Scan of Company Establishment Deed
• Scan the Deed of Change;
• Scan of the Endorsement of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights;
• Scan the SIUP / NIB
• Scan of NPWP;
• Scan the TDP;
• Scan SKDP;
• Scan of the Person in Charge's KTP in accordance with the Deed;
• Scan of the Company Account Book Cover / Current Account;

10. Submit financial reports and proof of tax payment for the last year (SPT); and

11. Have paid the tax and submitted the tax report for the last 3 (three) months;

Criteria for Service Providers who have similar work experience in the last 7 years.
