Project Information & Monitoring Update

PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero)/PT PII is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) of the Republic of Indonesia which was established by the Government of Indonesia on December 30, 2009 to support Indonesia's economic growth and encourage the participation of Business Entities in national infrastructure development through policy support, instruments and fiscal frameworks amidst the Government's budget constraints.

Here is a list of potential infrastructure projects currently supported by IIGF:

As one of the Special Mission Vehicles (SMV) of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, PT PII has a mandate as a provider of government guarantees with the Government Cooperation with Business Entities (KPBU) scheme. In addition, PT PII also provides guarantees for direct BUMN loans to International Financial institutions and provides Guarantees in the context of the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) and Corporate Guarantees. In addition, PT PII also plays a role in assisting in project preparation and transaction assistance/Project Development Facility (PDF).

As of October 2024, PT PII has provided guarantees for 53 projects (35 KPBU & 18 Non-KPBU) in 7 (seven) sectors, namely Roads, Electricity, Telecommunications, Drinking Water, Tourism, Transportation and Energy Conservation with a total investment value of more than IDR 539 trillion.
