The Jakarta Cikampek II South Side Toll Road Project is a National Strategic Project (PSN) which has a length of 64 km with an estimated investment value of IDR 13.3 trillion. This Toll Road Project is a project with the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (PPP) scheme and is a toll project provided by the Government Guarantee through PT PII as a single widow policy.

The signing of this project was carried out at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) - Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT). The signed agreement is the Guarantee Agreement between PT PII and PT Jasamarga Japek II South Side as the Implementing Business Entity selected through an open auction. At the same time, a Regress Agreement was signed between the MPWH and PT PII. The section will connect three toll roads, namely the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 1, JORR 2, and Purwakarta-Bandung-Purbaleunyi.
