PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites the Consultant to take part in the pre-qualification for the procurement of the Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) Project for the Development of a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) (the “Project”) with the following details:

Procurement Purpose:

The purpose of the work of Legal Consultants Preparation and Transactions (“Legal Consultant”) is to prepare a feasible and bankable Project PPP structure and documents as well as provide assistance in order to achieve the PPP transaction process up to financial close based on laws and regulations.

By emphasizing several important aspects including:

Implementation of the concept of "Green Infrastructure Project" both in terms of technical specifications, construction, financing, as well as the legal side in order to achieve sustainable development,
Implementation of projects that apply the principles of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) to support the realization of quality infrastructure investment.
Consultant Criteria:

The consultant is an Indonesian business entity (has an official representative office in Indonesia).
Experienced and actively providing consulting services, especially for infrastructure in the field of Drinking Water Supply Systems (SPAM)
Experienced in handling PPP project transactions;
Experienced in terms of synergy and/or collaboration with other consultants in PPP matters;
Experienced in working with the Government of Indonesia at both the central and regional government levels, state agencies and/or business entities in Indonesia; 
 

Consultants who are interested in taking part in the procurement pre-qualification process must submit a pre-qualification form which is sent to procurement@iigf.co.id no later than Tuesday, August 22 2023 05.00 WIB.
