PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Consultants to take part in the pre-qualification for the procurement of the Public Private Partnership Project (“PPP”) Toll Road Sector (“Project”) with the following details:

Procurement Objectives:

The purposes of using the services of a Legal Consultant are as follows:
(i) Conducting legal studies related to regulations in the toll road sector (including toll bridges);
(ii) Conduct a risk assessment and assessment based on the Proposed Guarantee document and assist PT PII's Legal and Compliance Division in assessing compliance with toll road projects (including toll bridges) with applicable regulations and laws; and
(iii) Actively assisting the Legal and Compliance Division of PT PII in conducting studies on the structure of toll road projects and transaction documents for the purpose of providing guarantees for toll road projects (including toll bridges).

Consultant Criteria:

The Consultant is an Indonesian Business Entity.
Experienced in handling PPP infrastructure projects, as well as understanding related infrastructure sector regulations;
Experienced in handling Toll Road projects;
Experienced in handling Project Finance
