PT. Indonesian Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (Persero) invites Partners to participate in the Public Auction process with Prequalification for the procurement of PT PII's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Candidate qualifications:

1. Company Qualification: Middle and above
2. Field of Business: Procurement of Services/Consulting Services
3. Sub-Sector of Business: Computer Maintenance & IT Equipment Services/Information Technology Consultant Services/Software Developer
4. Is an Authorized Agent/Distributor of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, as evidenced by an official agency/distributor letter
5. Have a Large Trading Business License (SIUP) which is engaged in the Trading of Computer Maintenance & IT Equipment Services, Information Technology Consultant Services, and Software in accordance with this procurement issued by the authorized government agency and is still valid
6. Submitting a Letter of Interest
7. Submit the Qualification Form
8. Registered in the PT PII (Persero) e-Procurement System which can be accessed via the following URL:

9. Submitting Administrative Documents including:
* a. Scan of Company Establishment Deed
* b. Scan of Deed of Amendment;
* c. Scan of Ministry of Law and Human Rights Ratification;
* d. Scan SIUP/NIB;
* e. NPWP scan;
*f. TDP scans;
*g. SKDP scan;
* h. Scan the ID card of the person in charge according to the deed;
* i. Scan of Company Account Book/Account Cover;
10. Submitting financial statements and proof of tax payment for the last year (SPT); and
11. Have paid taxes and submitted tax reports for the last 3 (three) months;

The criteria for service providers are having experience in similar work in the last 5 years as evidenced by a copy of the Agreement and the Letter of Handover (BAST), experience in BUMN.
