PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Legal Consultants to take part in the procurement prequalification with the following details:

The purpose of using a Consultant is to assist PT PII's Business Initiation Division in preparing bankable PPP Project structures and documents as well as providing assistance to achieve the PPP transaction process up to financial close based on the regulations and laws regarding PPPs that apply in Indonesia.

Consultant Criteria:

• Experienced in handling PPP infrastructure project preparation and transactions, as well as understanding related infrastructure sector regulations;
• Experienced in handling transactions in the field of Water Resources infrastructure/ Drinking Water Supply System;
• Experienced in analysis, allocation, risk mitigation and preparation of Cooperation agreements;
• Experienced in the preparation of infrastructure procurement documents; and
• Consultant incorporated in Indonesia.

Consultants who are interested in participating in the procurement prequalification process must submit the Prequalification Form sent to procurement@iigf.co.id on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 before 17.00 WIB.
