PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Consultants to take part in the consultant procurement prequalification with the following details:

Procurement Objectives:

To implement, develop and test the management of BCM based on ISO 22301:2019 PT PII needs to get assistance from specialist consultants who have experience and expertise in implementing and testing both in the Company in general and in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).
Scope of work

1. Training (in house) for teams involved in the BCM process including division leaders and Risk Officers;
2. Assistance in preparing the structure, roles and duties of each element in the organization involved in the Company's BCM;
3. Assistance in the formulation and estimation of the period of loss and target recovery time (RPO & RTO), Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Management Program according to the provisions in ISO;
4. Assistance in developing and compiling the required documents in the form of Policies/Guidelines, SOPs, forms and in other forms of documentation according to ISO standards and PT PII standard formats;
5. Assistance in testing and evaluating the BCM process that has been
developed with various relevant scenarios.

Consultant Criteria:

- Having expert resources who are experienced in preparing or developing policies, guidelines and procedures from
an organization especially related to the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM), preferably in a BUMN organization
- Have expert resources who have certificates related to BCM
- The consultant has experience in assisting the development and implementation of BCM, preferably in several BUMN organizations, especially those that have received ISO 22301:2019 certificates
