The AGMS which was held through a video conference discussed the agenda for the Approval of the 2020 Fiscal Year Annual Report which includes the Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the 2020 Fiscal Year and the determination of the decision to use the Company's Net Profit for the 2020 Fiscal Year.

For information, the implementation of the AGMS activities was carried out virtually and still complied with the applicable health protocols.
