The Jakarta - Cikampek Elevated II Toll Road Project is one of 11 (Eleven) toll road projects guaranteed by PT PII through the signing of a guarantee agreement and regression agreement in 2017. The Jakarta-Cikampek II Elevated toll road has a length of 36 km with an investment value of Rp. 16.2 trillion with the Cooperation Project Officer (PJPK), namely the Ministry of PUPR and the Implementing Business Entity (BUP) is PT Jasamarga Jalan Layang Cikampek.

This project has received a joint guarantee by the Ministry of Finance and PT PII for the safety and convenience of investment for business entities. The inauguration of the Jakarta - Cikampek Elevated II Toll Road is one proof of the successful synergy between the stakeholders involved, namely the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of PUPR and Business Entities and PT PII to provide road infrastructure services for the community.

The signing of this project was carried out at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and witnessed by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of PUPR and the Attorney General. The signed agreement is the Guarantee Agreement between PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) / PT PII and PT Jasamarga Jalan Layang Cikampek as the Implementing Business Entity selected through an open auction. At the same time, a Regress Agreement was signed between the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) and PT PII.
