The Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar Toll Road (abbreviated as KLBM Toll Road) is a toll road that stretches 38.2 kilometers connecting the Krian area, Sidoarjo Regency with Manyar, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. This toll road is connected to the planned Tuban-Gresik Toll Road in the north as well as the Surabaya-Mojokerto Toll Road and the Krian industrial area in the south. This toll road crosses the Sidoarjo Regency and Gresik Regency. The KLBM Toll Road is a toll road that connects the main industrial areas in the main buffer areas of the City of Surabaya, namely Sidoarjo and Gresik.

The signing of this project was carried out at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and witnessed by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of PUPR and the Attorney General. The signed agreement is the Guarantee Agreement between PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) / PT PII and PT Waskita Bumi Wira as the Implementing Business Entity selected through an open auction. At the same time, a Regress Agreement was signed between the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) and PT PII.
