PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites consultants to participate in the prequalification process for the procurement of the Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) Project for the Development of Wangaya Regional Hospital in Denpasar City (“Project”) with the following details:

OBJECTIVE:
In supporting the implementation of the Project, PT PII is procuring consultants to assist PT PII in carrying out tasks throughout the preparation and transaction stages of the Project through legal consulting support.
The purpose of the Legal Consultant for Preparation and Transaction Services (“Legal Consultant”) is to prepare a feasible and bankable structure and PPP project documents and provide support to ensure the PPP transaction process is completed up to financial close in accordance with applicable regulations and laws on PPP in Indonesia, by applying International Best Practices in the relevant field.

CRITERIA:

• Indonesian Legal Entity
• Experienced and actively providing consulting services in the Health Infrastructure sector, particularly hospitals, for national and/or international projects.
• Experienced in the preparation and transactions of national and/or international PPP projects.
• Experienced in drafting Pre-Feasibility Studies (Business Cases) and procurement documents for PPP projects.
• Experienced in handling PPP project transactions.
• Experienced in synergizing and/or collaborating with other consultants in PPP preparation and transactions.
• Experienced in working with the Indonesian Government at both central and regional levels, as well as state institutions and/or enterprises in Indonesia.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Submit the Prequalification Form in PDF format via email to pengadaan@iigf.co.id.
• All content of the prequalification document must be prepared in Bahasa Indonesia.
• The maximum submission deadline for the Qualification Document aligns with the closing period of this procurement announcement (extensions may be possible if necessary).
