Pandaan - Malang Toll Road

Pandaan-Malang toll road is part of North-South line corridor plan in East Java Province as a repercussion of Gempol-Pandaan toll road along 37,62 km. This toll road will traverse three important areas in East Java; Pasuruan regency, Malang regency and Malang City. Pandaan-Malang toll road is predicted to be the main route of many alternative toll roads connecting the north and south area of East Java Province.

The construction of Pandaan-Malang toll road will be done gradually, consist of 4 (four) lanes and 2 (two) directions. The road-widening plan into 6 (enam) lanes with 2 (two) directions planned to be carried out inward (toward the median) on the 16th year of construction. There are 6 (six) interchange planned to constructed along this 37,62 km toll road, namely: Madyopuro, Pakis I, Pakis II, Lawang, Purwodadi and Tamandayu.

Pandaan-Malang toll road is expected to smoothing highway traffic of Pedestrian and industry-related transportation from Pandaan and Malang that directly connected with Surabaya and vice versa.  Besides, this toll road is expected to increasing the economic growth of people around the toll area and attracting tourists to Malang.

Up unil now, Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund has guaranteed 4 (four) toll roads, namely Manado-Bitung, Balikpapan-Samarinda, Pandaan-Malang, and Batang-Semarang that will become government’s responsibility through Ministry of Public Works and Housing conducted by Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT).
