PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Consultants to take part in the pre-qualification for the procurement of the Public Private Partnership Project (“PPP”) for the Housing Sector Appraisal (“Project”) with the following details:

Procurement Objectives:

to assist the Project Appraisal Division in conducting Project appraisals which are expected to support the appraisal process as part of the guarantee process by PT PII in assessing the technical, financial, economic feasibility, and identifying risks to the project.

Consultant Criteria:

• Consultant must have Indonesian Business Entity (Has an official representative office in Indonesia).
• Experienced and actively providing consulting services, especially for housing infrastructure.
• Experienced in handling PPP project transactions;
• Experienced in terms of synergy and/or collaboration with other consultants in terms of PPPs;
• Experienced in working with the Government of Indonesia both at the central and local government levels, state institutions and/or business entities in Indonesia.
