PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Procurement Partners to take part in the procurement prequalification with the following details:

The purpose of using a Partner is to participate in the Public Auction process with Prequalification for the procurement of PT PII Sky Signage at the Capital Place Building..

Consultant Criteria:

1. Company Qualification: Middle and above
2. Business Sector: Procurement of Construction Services/Other Services
3. Sub-Sector of Business: Services / Construction Services / Advertising Services / Advertising Services
4. Having experience making Sky Signage in multi-storey buildings in Jakarta, from design, licensing to construction.
5. Having experience in similar work in the last 5 years.
6. Have a Trade Business License (SIUP) for medium and above which is engaged in the Trading of Construction Services, Advertising Services, and Advertisements in accordance with this procurement issued by the authorized government agency and is still valid.
7. Submitting a Letter of Interest
8. Submit the Qualification Form
9. Registered in the PT PII (Persero) e-Procurement System which can be accessed with the following URL: https://eproc.iigf.co.id
10. Submitting Administrative Documents including:
    1. Scan of Company Establishment Deed;
    2. Scan of Deed of Amendment;
    3. Scan of Ministry of Law and Human Rights Ratification;
    4. Scan SKDP;
    5. Scan TDP;
    6. Scan NPWP;
    7. Scan SIUP/NIB;
    8. Scan of Company Account Book/Account Cover;
    9. Scan the ID card of the person in charge according to the deed;
11. Submitting financial statements and proof of tax payment for the last year (SPT); and
12. Have paid taxes and submitted tax reports for the last 3 (three) months;
