PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero)/Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (“IIGF”) hereby invites Consultants to participate in the procurement prequalification with the following details:

The purpose of hiring the consultant is to conduct comprehensive appraisal to toll road and toll bridge infrastructure, developed with Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) scheme. The scope of appraisal are: technical feasibility, financial feasibility, economic benefit and risk management of the Project, in accordance to IIGF’s appraisal framework. Consultant will assess the project’s documentation submitted by the Government Contracting Agency (“GCA”) to IIGF, based on consultant’s expertise and supporting data.

Consultant Criteria:

• Experience in the preparation and transactions of PPP projects on an international and/or national scale;
• Experience in conducting technical, financial, economic and risk management aspect of transportation infrastructure projects, specifically toll road and toll bridge;
• Experience in handling Project Finance transactions and exposure to PPP-based financing with the User Charge scheme;
