PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero)/Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) hereby invites Consultants to participate in the procurement prequalification with the following details:

The purpose of hiring the consultant is to assist Business Initiation Division in preparing bankable PPP Project structures and documents and providing assistance to achieve the PPP transaction process up to financial close based on the prevailing PPP laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Consultant Criteria :

1. Experience in the preparation and transactions of PPP projects on an international and/or national scale;
2. Experience in handling transportation projects, especially airports on an international and/or national scale;
3. Experience in handling Project Finance transactions and exposure to PPP-based financing with the User Charge scheme;
4. Experienced in preparing studies and/or technical designs and technologies that are suitable and can support the implementation of Green Project schemes and concepts, along with preparing studies of potential funding from donor agencies that support Green Projects and schemes;
