IIGF Strengthens Support for Denpasar City Government in Accelerating Public Infrastructure Development through the KPDBU Scheme. Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) reaffirms its commitment to accelerating public infrastructure development by supporting three strategic projects of the Denpasar City Government through the Availability Payment PPP (KPDBU) scheme. IIGF’s direct visit to Denpasar reflects its active role as a Special Mission Vehicle of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, providing strategic and technical support for regional infrastructure initiatives.

Through this collaboration, the KPDBU scheme has proven to offer a low-risk, transparent, and efficientimplementation pathway for local governments. To further strengthen this approach, IIGF continues to advocate for regulatory improvements, deliver advisory support, and conduct capacity-building programs to enhance local government confidence and promote KPDBU as an innovative financing solution that drives regional progress.

By fostering collaboration with local governments, IIGF continues to reinforce its role as an SMV of the Ministry of Finance in supporting the acceleration of inclusive and sustainable public infrastructure development.
