PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) hereby invites Consultants to take part in the procurement prequalification with the following details:

The purpose of using a Consultant is to assist PT PII's Business Initiation Division in preparing bankable PPP Project structures and documents as well as providing assistance to achieve the PPP transaction process up to financial close based on the regulations and laws regarding PPPs that apply in Indonesia.

Consultant Criteria:

• Indonesian business entity;

• Experienced in PPP infrastructure project preparation and transactions;

• Experienced in transactions for housing infrastructure sector ;

• Experienced in the process of assisting the acquisition of project financing (Financial Close)

• Experienced in analysis, allocation, risk mitigation and preparation of Cooperation agreements; and

• Experienced in the procurement documents preparation for infrastructure; 

Consultants who are interested in participating in the procurement prequalification process must submit the Form sent to pengadaan@iigf.co.id  on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 before 17.00 WIB.
