INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION Procurement of Audio-Visual System for Mainhall – PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero)

PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) (“PT PII”), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, hereby invites qualified and experienced companies to participate in the prequalification process for the Procurement of Audio-Visual (AV) System Replacement for the Mainhall Room.

The Mainhall of PT PII serves as a strategic venue for high-level corporate activities, including meetings with Contracting Agencies (PJPK), business partners, and external stakeholders. The existing AV system is no longer adequate due to recurring connectivity issues, substandard visual display performance, and the absence of an integrated control system—affecting both operational efficiency and corporate image.

As part of the company’s phased facility upgrade program, PT PII intends to replace the AV control system to ensure a fully integrated, user-friendly solution that supports hybrid meetings and professional presentations.

Scope of Procurement:
The procurement shall include:

  1. Supply of AV hardware and software meeting the specified requirements;
  2. Installation, configuration, and integration of the AV control system;
  3. Programming and system optimization to ensure full operational readiness;
  4. Provision of training and user manuals for efficient day-to-day operations.

Objectives

  1. Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Mainhall through a fully integrated AV control system.
  2. Resolve recurring technical issues associated with the existing system.
  3. Facilitate ease of operation for end-users without the need for advanced technical expertise.
  4. Elevate the professional image and technological readiness of PT PII’s flagship meeting facility.

Minimum Qualification Criteria
Interested companies must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in corporate-scale AV system procurement and installation projects;
  • Capability to supply products in accordance with the required specifications;
  • Ability to carry out installation, configuration, and programming until the system is fully operational;
  • Submission of valid legal documents and portfolio of similar completed projects (Tax Identification Number, Business Identification Number, Business License, and others).

Prequalification Document Submission

  1. Submit the completed Prequalification Form in PDF format to pengadaan@iigf.co.id and upload it to PT PII’s Vendor Collaboration System;
  2. Submit all required legal documents as per the prequalification form attachment (for unregistered vendors) via the Vendor Collaboration System;
  3. Vendors not yet registered must complete vendor registration through: https://www.ptpii.co.id/registrasi-akun;

  5. All prospective participants who have submitted prequalification documents via email will be invited for guided submission to the ERP system by PT PII’s Procurement Team.
  6. Submission Deadline

            All prequalification documents must be submitted no later than: Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 17:00 WIB
