The Trans Papua Road Project for the Jayapura-Wamena segment, Mamberamo-Elelim segment, aims to ensure that the roads and bridges that are part of the Trans Papua Road can continue to support one of the main corridors in Indonesia, namely transportation and logistics.
The construction of land transportation routes in Papua is planned to provide connectivity between the cities of Jayapura and Wamena City. Apart from that, it aims to create justice, reduce income disparities and disparities between regions and reduce high prices in each region.

This project covers a series of activities starting from the financing stage, technical planning, construction implementation to operation and maintenance both during the construction and service periods.
The infrastructure built includes roads, bridges and weighing facilities with the aim of increasing connectivity and transportation efficiency. After the service period ends, the GCA will carry out the return of the PPP project.
