Violations that can be reported are violations of laws and regulations and PT PII's internal regulations which include :
Actions that may cause financial or non-financial losses to the Company due to corruption, collusion and nepotism
Violation of statutory regulations, for example falsification of signatures, embezzlement, mark-ups, drug use, destruction of goods
Violation of the Company's ethical guidelines, for example conflicts of interest, harassment, involvement in prohibited community activities
Violation of generally accepted accounting principles and internal control systems over financial statements that have the potential to result in material misstatement in the financial statements
Violation of Company operational policies and procedures, or other policies, procedures, regulations deemed necessary by the Company
Other fraudulent acts that can cause financial or non-financial losses
Disgraceful behavior of Company personnel that has the potential to tarnish the reputation of the Company and / or cause harm to the Company
