This PJU PPP program is considered very extraordinary when compared to the current existing conditions, where Lobar only has no more than 2,500 light points. So that in the future the Lobar area will be very bright.

Apart from that, this cooperation in managing Public Street Lighting (PJU) has been designed in accordance with existing provisions and regulations, namely PERPRES number 38/2015, concerning Government Cooperation with Business Entities in Providing Infrastructure and various derivatives, namely Ministerial Regulation on VAT number 4/2015 in conjunction with Ministerial Regulation VAT number 2/2020 concerning procedures for implementing PPP. LKPP regulation number 19/2015 concerning procurement of PPP business entities. Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 96/2016 concerning payment for service availability and Presidential Decree number 78/2010 concerning infrastructure guarantees in PPP projects as well as several regulations in the PJU Sector l.
